Michael Harden – Partner/CEO

Michael Harden has been involved in all aspects of Property Management since the late 80’s and has managed portfolios of Properties to include Residential, Commercial, Office, Industrial and Warehouse. Michael Harden was Director of Operations for a large Lehigh Valley based Management Company prior to opening MRH Enterprise LLC in 2007. Michael Harden strives to build synergy with all our clients so the owners can take care of their business, knowing their Investment is in good hands.

Joshua Harden – Partner/Owner

Joshua is a graduate of the University of Maryland University college with degrees in Business Management and Human Resource Management. Joshua joined MRH as partner in 2010, now with twelve years of property management experience. Joshua has backgrounds in Non-Profit, IT Solutions, and Director of Community Relations. Joshua main focus is the success of MRH Enterprise and all members of the team. Customer Service and the assurance of everyone’s success are top priority for Joshua. He also enjoys time at home with his family, reading, traveling, and improving work skill sets.

Emaline Harden – CFO

Emaline is a 1999 graduate of Cedar Crest College with a BS in Business Administration. Emaline’s background is in finance, and management has been instrumental in structuring and building the accounting department. Emaline has over 20 years of Management experience with 12 years of experience in the Property Management Field.

Megan Schlegel – Chief Administrative Officer/Property Management

Megan joined the MRH family in 2013. Megan balances dual roles as Office Administrator as well as Property Manager. She brings a wealth of knowledge on all our contracts and their daily operations. Megan works directly with contractors, vendors, and homeowners on all aspects of the contractual duties. Megan is in charge of ensuring all behind the scenes office work, which is vital to growth and operations, runs smoothly putting forth endless effort each day.

Eddison Cruz – Senior Property Manager

Eddison Cruz is a property manager working for MRH Enterprise, LLC. He is responsible for oversight of the day to day management and operation of a number of Townhouse and Condominium style associations. Eddison brings four years of property management experience to our team. Eddison has a deep knowledge on contracts, property accounting, and excellent community relation skills. He loves a challenge and is always open to personalize your management experience.

When not at work, Eddy enjoys traveling and making memories with his wife of eight years and three daughters. He also enjoys soccer, cars, and motorcycles.

Ann Gonzalez – Property Manager

Ann is a native to the Lehigh Valley area with 25 years of managerial experience. Her background is in customer service where she managed a staff of 50 employees. During this time she received the Best in Sales and Customer Service for more than 10 consecutive years. Her commitment to consistent customer service, initiative, and dependability make her a perfect fit to the MRH team.

Shane Stitt – Property Manager

Shane currently serves as a Property Manager for MRH Enterprise, LLC. He is a graduate of DeSales University where he earned a B.S. in Accounting and Finance. Prior to coming on board, Shane worked for a Lehigh Valley based CPA firm where he was part of a team that provided financial consulting for franchisees of quick service restaurants and other closely held businesses. He brings his experience of financial statement analysis and preparation to the team. In addition, Shane also has over five years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, and property management. When not working, Shane enjoys spending time with his fiancé Jessica in Beach Haven NJ, hiking, and traveling.

Hadyn Keiser – Business Administrator

Hadyn is a recent graduate from Kutztown University with a BS in Business Administration – Finance, and minored in psychology. Hadyn has brought an immediate impact with her financial and technical skill set to the accounting team. Hadyn brings excellent organizational skills and customer relation experience to her role.

Mary Lou Keiser – Accounting

Mary has spent years in customer service and customer relations roles. She consistently strives to make customer service her top priority. Mary brings a detail orientated book keeping skill set and has integrated into every aspect of property management. Please do not hesitate to contact Mary about any of your accounting needs.

Ryan Martin – Property Manager

Ryan is a graduate of Rutgers University with a certificate in Professional Turf Management. Before joining our team at MRH Enterprise as a property manager, he spent 8 years managing high end golf courses such as Saucon Valley CC, Liberty National Golf Club, and Indian Valley CC as an Assistant Superintendent. His experience in this field brings a new understanding of landscapes and the best ways to manage them.

In his free time, Ryan likes to travel with his wife Adrienne, golf, and spend time with family and friends.

Virginia Dejesus – Property Manager & Administration

Virginia currently holds two roles at MRH Enterprise, LLC; property manager and administration. Virginia is proficient in Microsoft systems and property management software. Virginia’s background includes administrative duties with extensive work in team environments. Customer service is an emphasis for Virginia, critical thinking, with a solution-based approach to her daily tasks. When not working, Virginia enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Eva Hewitt – Property Manager

Eva is a graduate of Berkeley College with a BS degree in Business Administration. She is currently enrolled in the MBA program at Berkeley College for Business Management. She has over 35 years of Property Management experience in Commercial and HOA. She enjoys spending time with her family and traveling to Disney World in Florida.

Merri Furia Boswell – Property Manager

Meet Merri Furia Boswell, a seasoned property management professional with over 7 years of experience in multifamily housing. Having a background that includes managerial and customer service roles, she joined our team in 2023, bringing localized expertise from living in the Lehigh Valley since 2009. Merri’s commitment to excellence extends beyond work; she’s a dedicated mother to twin sons and enjoys quality time with her boyfriend. With her wealth of experience, particularly in managerial and customer service capacities, and her warm demeanor, Merri makes valuable contributions to our property management team.

Elena Gonzalez serves as property manager for MRH. Elena is an accredited manager. She has a bachelor’s degree and vast experience in computer technology. Elenas strives to bring forth fast and thorough customer service. Jennifer Sagona has over 15 years of experience managing associations. Her leadership skills, detail orientated reporting, software knowledge, and industry training/knowledge are a valued asset. Jennifer can be found at several properties, dealing with owners in person to solve any issues, from large project management to minor repairs. Lara Abdelahad – Accounting Department

Lara is a Penn State University graduate with a BS in Business administration mainly focusing on Accounting and Financial Services. Lara has a great passion for solving financial problems as well as creating new ways to conduct accounting concepts. Lara has six years of customer service experience which is reflected in her everyday relationship with clients at MRH enterprise. Lara is multilingual in three languages, Arabic, French and English, and she always strive to learn more when opportunities come her way.
