MRH Enterprise was contracted by Penn’s Ridge Condo Association (PRCA – a community of 89 townhomes but under COA Declaration & By-Law) in November of 2017 with a start date of December 1, 2017. This is also when PRCA became a homeowner run board. I personally contacted MRH (who was quick to reply with a proposal) and we interviewed him as well as several others. We liked the MRH approach which is one monthly fee and no other hidden fees which fit into our tight budget at that time. MRH took on a huge undertaking with our community….there is much back history that is way too long to go into detail but I can say, our community was a complete disaster when MRH was hired. We kept MRH throughout the years because of their dedication to helping our community. I have worked with Joshua since 2017 in the capacity of Vice President, President for a few years, and the last year as Treasurer until I decided to take a break. MRH has grown significantly since PRCA first hired them however they have always answered emails or phone calls immediately and taken care of PRCA as if we were their only property. I highly recommend MRH if you are looking for a management company that is constantly looking to improve to help the associations they manage whether in technology or working with the board to learn how to best manage their community, for their complete honesty and integrity (I will say that is one of the best things I liked about MRH), and for their more “personal” touch. As you are a new board and this will be your first management company, there will be alot to learn on both sides. MRH will be most helpful in navigating your governing documents including rules & regulations.
